1. Delivery Areas & Locations

We ship exclusively to mainland United Kingdom addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Cut-Off, Handling, and Transit Times

• Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT - Greenwich Mean Time) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order for dispatch from our Plymouth store.
• Transit Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time your package spends in transit with our courier service to reach your delivery address.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days from the moment you place your order.
